How GAGE knows

You don’t pass by clicking Next.

  1. 1Learn the concept
  2. 2Apply it
  3. 3Explain it back
  4. 4Get graded
  5. 5Prove mastery

Don’t tell us you understand it. Show us.

A real graded teach-back, exactly as it was submitted and scored: the task, the learner’s own words, and what the grader said back.

A real graded teach-backAI Literacy, Module 1: Online Safety, Privacy, and Data Basics

The task: Brief a colleague who missed it: explain what you just heard, in your own words.

The learner watched the explainer, then wrote this from memory. It was scored against the video transcript, not against a marking key.

The big idea is that AI broke the old security model on both sides at once. Coming in, attackers now write phishing that has perfect grammar and references real projects you are working on, so the spam filter never catches it and the old advice about spotting typos is useless. Going out, people paste company documents into consumer chatbots to save time and quietly leak client details and financial forecasts to servers nobody controls. Most breaches trace back to a person, not a clever hack. So the answer is your own security floor rather than trusting the company firewall: a password manager so every login is different, multi factor on the accounts that matter, locked down privacy settings, and a rule about what never goes into an AI tool. It is like a seatbelt. Nobody plans to crash, but you click it every single time.

What the grader said back

You nailed the core shift: AI broke the old model on both inbound and outbound sides, and you made it plain with the seatbelt analogy. One thing to add: the security floor also includes communication checks like SAFR and offline backups, not just passwords and AI rules.

How It Works

Three steps from enrollment to verified mastery.

01

Choose your program

Pick a program from our catalog, from Certified AI Practitioner to Certified AI Governance Professional, read what it makes you, and open its first module free with a free account, no card. Every topic opens as a guided journey: understand, see it, build it, prove it.

02

Learn through 9 formats with AI tutoring

Video, slides, audio scenarios, hands-on labs, prompt libraries, infographics, and a Socratic professor who never hands you answers; she gets you there.

03

Prove mastery, claim your credential

Pass every topic's assessment, explain each one back in your own words and have it graded against the lesson itself, then claim a cryptographically signed credential: a living record of exactly what you demonstrated, verifiable by anyone in seconds.

Start with the school the law just built.

Certified AI Practitioner is the Common Core every credential stacks on. The School of Governance, Risk and Compliance carries the work the EU AI Act made unavoidable, and the Agentic Workforce school is open alongside it. Physical AI is next. Every topic sourced, verified, and mastery gated.

Built for both regimes: the Certified AI Practitioner program is designed to support the training and evidence components of an EU AI Act Article 4 program and covers all five content areas and seven delivery principles of the US Department of Labor AI Literacy Framework (TEN 07-25).

Try Her Right Now

A professor who teaches you, and refuses to do it for you.

Every GAGE topic comes with a Socratic professor. Ask her to explain something and she explains it properly, because understanding is the point. Ask her to write your assessment, finish your graded scenario, or hand you the last step you were about to reach yourself, and she will not. That refusal is the whole difference between reading about AI and being able to operate.

She will also push back. Give her a weak answer and she says so and asks why you chose it, because an assistant that agrees with you teaches you nothing.

This is the real thing, scoped to one demo topic: workplace AI practice and the EU AI Act. Try to get her to do your work.

“AI... gives you the right answer but robs you from the struggle.”

Gerson Moreno-Riaño, university president, on Fox News, July 2026. The struggle is where learning lives, which is exactly why she refuses.
Your Socratic professor. Live.
Ask her anything about AI literacy or the EU AI Act. Then ask her to do your graded work, and watch what she does.
What the employer sees

One record. Inspectable in seconds.

Scan it. Verify it. Inspect the evidence.

Anyone can fake the image; a fake cannot survive verification. Every GAGE credential carries the seal: a signed QR that opens the living record: not a completion date, the evidence itself. Your employer verifies in seconds.

Program and status: complete, or in progress with the count, live
Every assessment passed, with your real scores, topic by topic
A competency map: the exact topics and concepts you proved
Teach-back evidence: your own explanations, if you turn your dossier on
Employers can ask it questions, answered only from what you passed
Cryptographically signed; a forged or altered record fails verification
Watch a verification happen

The contract

Every topic opens with the deliverable, not a syllabus. The mastery gate at the end is this exact promise being honored.

01 See it

The idea taught straight through, so you meet the concept whole before anyone asks you to use it.

02 Watch it play out

A complete worked example, someone doing it start to finish, so the shape of good work is concrete before you attempt your own.

03 Take it deeper

The same lesson as two hosts in your ears, hands free. Optional by design: the commute becomes review instead of dead time.

The teach-back

After each of the three above, you explain it back in your own words, and that graded explanation is what turns the step green. Watching earns nothing here, understanding does. It is scored against the lesson's own source, so a paste of the transcript is refused before a grader sees it.

04 Build it

You produce a real artifact, stepped so the blank page never wins. This one leaves you with a one-page Why Page in your own words.

Prove it

One gate to the next topic. Pass it or work with your professor until you do: completion means demonstrated, never attended.

The professor

One tap from anywhere, and she never completes graded work. The topic can stay hard because you are never stranded in it.

The depth

Three tappable pillars, an interactive tool, slides, infographic, the science receipts, the full 15-minute read: one tap away when you want more, never forced.

Every gate you pass counts toward your signed program credential

One focused 30-minute session per topic on the required path. The depth is there when you want it: full 15-minute read, audio, slides, infographic, prompt library. Never forced.

GAGE does not make AI safer. It makes the humans operating AI more capable.

Every topic runs ten evidence-based learning techniques most platforms never attempt: spaced repetition, mastery gates, Socratic tutoring, and more.

In AI Literacy, watching earns nothing. You explain it back in your own words, graded against the lesson itself. Pulling knowledge back out of your own head is what makes it truly yours.

Your credential shows your work

Every topic you pass ends with you explaining it in your own words, graded against the source. Turn on your dossier and any employer who verifies your credential can read those explanations. Not a badge that says you attended. Your own words, proving you understood.

The Founder

Frank Carrasco went back to school for this era, then built the academy he could not find.

Cybersecurity, a Master’s in AI and Machine Learning, a PhD (c) in Information Systems Security, and a philosophy degree for the question the others leave out. Four books, including the governance standard he wrote for the era he saw coming. He built GAGE because he got tired of hearing what happens to the majority of people if they walk into this era unprepared, and decided to answer it instead of forecast it.

“I learned humans first: what makes them say yes, what they fear, what moves them. I’m a closer who became an expert.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Every course is built on 10 learning science engines running together. We don't just deliver content. We engineer mastery through guided journeys, spaced repetition, Socratic tutoring, and scenario-graded assessment. Your credential proves demonstrated competence, not seat time, and anyone can verify it independently.

Create a free account, no card, and the first module of every program opens to you: the guided journey, the hands-on lab, the professor, the mastery assessment. Your progress is saved from the first click, and it is the same account your credential is issued to. When you are ready for the rest, the full program is one enrollment away and unlocks immediately; pricing and the refund window are published on the pricing page.

It is evidence-based: it records every assessment you passed and every explanation you taught back, with your scores, topic by topic. Every credential is cryptographically signed and carries a shareable link anyone can independently verify, and employers can ask it questions, answered only from what you actually passed.

The Certified AI Practitioner program is designed to support the training and evidence components of an organization's EU AI Act Article 4 program, and covers all five content areas and seven delivery principles of the US Department of Labor AI Literacy Framework (TEN 07-25). Since the Digital Omnibus (in force July 27, 2026) Article 4 asks you to take measures to support the development of AI literacy, calibrated to roles and context, and mandates no specific level for any individual. Your signed completion record supplies the training-evidence part of that file, not an automatic presumption of compliance.

Yes. Your team gets the same programs plus the compliance evidence trail: signed per-learner credentials and completion records your Article 4 or DOL documentation can point to. Buy team seats online from the pricing page and you get a code to share; each teammate redeems one seat. Enterprise rollouts (200+ seats or multi-program) are quoted directly through the support page.

Think of it as a daily practice, not a mountain: about 45 minutes a day puts most programs at 6 to 12 weeks. Each topic is one focused session (understand, see it, build it, prove it), and everything is self-paced. Mastery is gated by assessment, not the calendar, and spaced review is built in.

Ours does not try to replace the human; it refuses to do the thinking for you. The professor never completes graded work and never hands you answers; she forces the struggle where real learning happens, so the judgment you build is yours. And unlike a classroom, every bit of it ends up assessed, scored, and verifiable.

Try the real thing, free.

The first module of every program is open: the guided journey, the hands-on lab, your Socratic professor, the mastery gate. Nothing to pay, nothing to enter. See what learning science feels like, then decide.
